It is possible that it would go away.
Take a measurement from the center of the swing arm pivot bolt to center of axle on both sides. Be as precise as you can, they need to be exactly the same or the wheel will be cocked to the side and possibly cause a squeak. Not sure about the axle adjustments on newer bikes, on mine it’s pretty straightforward you just loosen the locknut and turn the bolt in or out depending on need.

ETA: You might find it easier to get around mufflers and bags by using a piece of coat hanger wire bent to fit exhaust side then use it to check other side.

Hello friends, I’m Mike and I’m new to this forum. I found ya’ll while trying to educate myself on the reason I’ve just started hearing a chirping noise after having tires, brakes and bearings replaced on my 2013 Road Glide. The chirping happens when I roll on the throttle. Dealer suspects a clutch issue, but I had no chirping before I had the above work done. I’d be grateful to hear from anyone who had experienced a similar issue. Take care out there, Mike

Belt adjustment not correct! Most likely to lose

It's NOT a clutch issue...

A chirping noise is almost always metal slipping against metal. Like from a loose exhaist clamp, a loose baffle, or a loose bracket.

I had a chirping noise I chased for some time.It turned out to be the locking nut holding the front pulley had come loose and spinning on the main shaft.
