Replaced the front crash bar with a later model new one. Cheap Chinese garbage but it beats the twisted and bent one till I can source a factory one. And WOOHOO my new windshield shipped today.
Riding with just the batwing is...interesting. LOTSA wind blast from the chest up. I also bought the new style riding earplugs. They're frickin AWESOME!!
The present paint being 30+ years old, isn't in good shape. I just got lucky on ebay. I'm still undecided what paint I want to go with, but yes the batwing will eventually match the rest.
I've got ALOT of maintenance to do on her this year.
