Default Relocating Battery

I've heard others here mention about relocating the battery to under the seat. I'm interested in what is involved in doing this. If you got some pics that would help. My bike is a 1992 FLHS, the battery is currently under the right side cover/saddle bag which takes up storage space.

I did it a couple years ago, maybe some of what it did can help you on the way.
