Id start at $800 for both and if you need to negotiate $400 for worn out but rebuildable engine. $200 for a worn out but rebuildable transmission. You might have trouble selling at any price.

If youre looking to buy, expect the owner to tell you those are special edition collector items.
If youre trying to sell, expect any prospective buyer to tell you theyre junk and not hardly worth taking off your hands.

....and do you have a Title which is still an issue since you don't have the frame.

This sounds pretty much spot on.
I've seen them on Marketplace listed for $500-$600 in non-running condition. Running motors are listed for $1000-$1500 or somewhere in that ballpark.

A title is Useless without the Frame...ie, Not legal, except to prove ownership. Hopefully the Title is with the frame, assuring some Real Worth in that Bike!!

On 1969 and older, the title goes with the engine because pre '70's frames didn't have VIN's.
On 1970 and newer, the title goes with the frame, not the engine. So for an Evo engine a Bill of Sale will suffice.
