I replaced the levers to black ones on my FXR back in April of '08.
At the time, I had to special order them from my local dealer.
Part numbers are 44996-00 and 44998-00.
Not sure of the difference, but these should still be available.

You could always find a set of take-off's at your local Indy or swap meet and have them powder coated...pretty cheaply, too, I'd bet.
