Default Powder Coating?

Hi All

I got my 1990 FLHTC stripped, the frame, swingarm and wheels go to powder coat tomorrow.

The PO painted the barrels and heads (with a yard brush I think), and I'd like to get them restored.

What do I need to do? The wheels and frame I've removed the bearings, and blanked off the holes. I've taken the valves and springs out of the heads.

Do I need to blank off the ports, and bores?

Also do I go black barrels/heads and polish the edges, or silver and be done.

Cheers.

Paul.

your coater should do all that! if not find a new coater that has worked with heads and motor parts, be sure after you do your jugs you have them re honed
