Default EVO Cams

Was wondering if anyone here knows what the best Woods Cam is to run in an EVO Bagger? I am currently running the SE EFI Stage 2 kit in my bagger and was wondering if anyone is running an Woods cams in their EVO application? I plan on adding V&H True Duals and having the heads milled a little bit to raise the compression some (not much). I’m happy with what I have, but was thinking about the possibilities of tinkering or tweaking out a little more power during the winter down time..TIA

Really, Booby Wood? He's been around for some time. Not to worry. I've been researching for awhile, I'll keep looking..

Re; Woods

I have his W-6 cam in my bike. LOVE IT! It was recommended by Bob. I purchased it some time back. Way back then, Bob answered his own phone. The 96 Nostalgia, is no light wieght, but not as heavy as any of the 'Glides. The W-6 is comparable to the EV-27, but it kicks in about 500 RPM sooner and stays in about 500 RPM longer.

I had already gutted the muffs, installed the DYNA 2000 (SF), the KingCarb, Magnacore ignition wires, all syn fluids, and cam when i took her in for a new back tire. I was in the parking lot when the wrench came back from a test ride. I asked him how she ran. He said that she ran strong, even for a bike with ported heads. When I told him the heads were stock, he said "no way".

Bob Woods sells good stuff.

I didn't go with a Woods cam but instead went with an Andrews for my '96 Ultra and have been happy.
