Sounds great! I got them installed in February, together with 4 new original HD lifters, EV-13 cam & Torrington cam bearing and the bike runs great so far.

Having checked them both in hand, these High Performance Crane pushrods were much more "muscular" in design than HD originals, with a thicker axle (if this is the correct word in english)

Cheers,

I have heard that small block chevy lifters are the same as the evo lifters.

I would do some research on my own before using them myself.

If I needed lifters I would be buying this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hydraulic-ap...2a7f9d&vxp=mtr

The stock harley B lifters are as good as any....

Johnson makes lifters for Ultima, their engine rebuild program uses Johnson Hylift lifters as advertised so very interesting, I know my Jireh purchased Ultima/Johnsons have takin a beating for $99 with a Woods cam and rpm's, how close are the Ultima's to being a rebadged Hylift or the other way around?

To answer the original question. I would not be concerned buying from Feuling. They are a performance company that has been arou d for a while. Check out the W3.

Thanks 1997bagger ... checked out the Johnson site and they seem to be the formost outsource supplier of machined engine parts for Harley and a lot of other automotive applications as well.

Was happy to see that they are still doing all manufacturing in USA , so far .?

Have you tried J&P or Drag Specialist? S&S, Crane, Jims etc. all make tappets for evo's. As far as Fueling I have never used them but they have a good rep. for race and performance and I would not hesitate to use one of their products.
Cheers

Yep, those are the "updated" versions. That's what I went with in my '94. So far, so good.
