I have an 85 FXR-EVO, was looking at getting an aftermarket ignition, trying not to spend a million bucks on one, so was looking for any info on a good bang for ur buck ignition Thanks for the help!!!

Look on eBay for the Ultima ignitions - they work well, selectable curves, and contained in the nosecone. If you want the maximum versatility, (ability to program your own custom curves), you can't beat the Daytona Twin-Tec.
I regularly see the Ultima ignitions w/coil for less than $200.
