softail nacelle kit???

i have a 1997 heritage softail with a nacelle kit i ordered a special head lamp and it doesn't fit?!
the head light bucket that comes with the softail nacelle kit is that the same as a road king??

supposedly yes (as well as a windshield). Didn't the kit come with the element and H4 already?
