Default Torque Spec

Can anyone please tell me the torque spec for the rear wheel on a 97 dyna lowrider? I ordered the service manual, but it hasn't arrived yet and I need to get the bike put back together after installing rear brake pads.

If I remember right the axel is 65 lbs.
