My RK came with gas caps, air cleaner insert, and derby cover all "live to ride" and all stock pieces, 1st thing off the trailer they were all changed back to stock until i found what i wanted, parts were given away to first person that would take them out of the shop, didn't come with any seafoam, bummer
FWIW, stock caps can still be sourced from Drag Specialties. Last set I bought was about $30 for the pair. I find the ratchet springs get weak over time and they rattle, so I end up buying new ones every few years.
