Oil light on. Old Evo. Been sitting for unknown time.
I've bought this old 1989 Softail Evo. It's been sitting long, there was some condensation in the old oil.
I drove the bike for 10 mins. when I first started it with the old oil. Oil light was off during this time.
Then oil lights goes ON.
Then we changed filter and oil.
Oil light was still on.
We checked the oil-pressure-contact, and it seemed to turn work fine, when unscrewed and tested.
What would be the obvious cause for this, when taking into consideration, that the bike has been sitting for a long time. Where do we start?

Tappet screen could be blocked, OP sender could be faulty, manual testing the sender will tell you jack.
An oil line could have collapsed, the pump could be shot.
I would do the following in this order.
Clean tappet screen.
Substitute OP sender
Replace oil lines
Look into pump
Unless something else jumped out at me during the process.
