Inspired by the cleanliness of some Evo's here, the recent pledge post, and the general dislike of a dirty bike I decided to wash my baby yesterday instead of riding. This is quite unusual for me, I'd rather ride. The wax and polish detail to follow an evening this week while enjoying some tunes and a beer. Y'all convinced me to start the season off right. I already tackled most of the maintenance items. Now I just have to find the mist and shine. That will be a good reason to ride. Bring on spring!
Jk. Looks good man, now get it dirty!
I would be ridin' today, but doin' the family thing. Damn priorities, if it weren't for them I'd be a road tramp!
Now she's looking great! Hey, nice color and and year.
Thanks, you too. When I bought it it looked just like yours, including the front disc covers and lower fork covers. My original plan was motor work and extended bags, but I can't stop riding the damn thing. I have really grown to like the color. It might be a winter project this year, we will see. I might have to strike it rich and win the lotto and buy another to work on.
TD - no leaf blower, this forces me to clean and shine every surface to get all the water spots.
