Default Flashing tail light-electrical issue

Well, still trying to get the ole gal going, but ran into another issue. It could be anything since I had the complete front end off and installed a Dyna 2000i ignition module. When I turn the ignition on the tail light flashes and I have a clicking noise in the fairing area. Any thoughts? I have looked for anything obvious, but nothing is jumping out.

You have short in the power feed to your lights. The clicking will be the circuit breaker clicking on and off. You did something bad when you reinstalled your front end.

Thanks Spanners. I will continue to look in the morning, something new to keep me awake tonight.

Think I found the problem. I installed new front and rear marker lights, unplugged the rear and still hear circuit breaker clicking. Unplugged the front light and the clicking stopped. I will have time to put it back together tonight or early am. Thanks for the responses.
