Default Tail light problem

My tail light went out. Took it to the dealer who said I had a blown fuse and a bad HD turn signal / brake light module. New fuse and module. When washing my bike the tail light came on with the ignition off. That was a new one to me. Turned the bike on then off and the light went out. Now one week laterthe tail light is out again.

Any suggestions from youvery skilled guys that I can give to the technically challenged dealer mechanics?

You might want to check the ignition switch. there is a bad wire somewhere in there causing the blown fuse.
