Lifter noize

once adjusted correctly - they dont just go out of adjustment

if you have adjustable pushrods than maybe one is loose if not the lifters have rollers with needle bearings and one may have worn out

you need to take it apart to find it if the 20 50 oem type oil does not make it stop

Short for Dinosaur Oil. Non-synthetic 'real oil', made from decaying plant matter dating back to the age of dinosaurs...

Damn, I thought it was made from ground up dinosaurs they were digging up...

Guess I will cancel the vacation plans for the trip to the Newark oil refinery, since I won`t be able to see any dead dinos...

Synthetic oil is great but Harley motors dont like it as it makes them sweat .
Go to any straight 50 or 20/50 regular oil and the sweating should stop.
