I have a Golan and I love it. The positive click detent for the positions makes a big difference. Not so much because it performs so much better but just in how it feels (a lot heavier/ beefier). You just need to reach down and use one finger to change positions. Because of my 7 gallon tanks that makes a big difference with my reach and the lever swings on a horizontal plane rather than in the stock vertical manner. Rebuildable if you ever need to replace an o-ring. BIL has a pingle. It works fine but feels weird to me. My 2 cents
Hey what am I getting for another 100 bucks with pingel vs oem replacement petcock? Just getting ready to order.
Your getting a petcock that works 100% better than a stock one.
It flows more fuel than the stock one and is much easier to operate even with winter gloves on.

Tis a thing of great beauty - almost a shame to put it on a bike! It is way over-engineered for our street use, but gets around installing a petcock in an EFI tank (in my case).
Figured it was probably better quality, didn't mean to doubt you guys. One last dumb question....the pingel is high-flow I see. Is there any difference in performance or gas mileage after install?

None at all. It is able to provide a higher flow rate than a stock tap, but only a very modified engine is likely to be able to use that. It will feed gas to a normal road engine at the rate the carb/EFI demands it.
