Very simple slip on exhaust.
Hey boys, i havent been on it awhile. Just stopped in to get some opinions on my exhaust ive made. Ive literally spent less than $20 on it. Its a 2 1/2 turn down tip, clamped to an about 9" piece of steel tube. Just slipped over my bassani header which came on my bike. My plan is to add a lolipop baffle (thinking Dk torque inserts.) Once that is done weld the joint before it turns down. Then have it powdercoated and then wrap the header with black wrap. Let me know what you guys think.

this is what makes America & HD great, playing with your toys.
i think you will need some "FL Baffles" in there to control the sound, and the backpressure
and get some fiberglass matting from a dirt bike store.
make videos & post them up, have fun!!
google FL BAFFLEs and images for some ideas.
