Power Comander
OK, If you have a PC, and plug it into your laptop does it tell you what the map is? does it tell you information about how the bikes running? Does PC store info while you are riding for looking at on laptop at a later time? just looking for info, any help understanding PC will be apreciated, thanks
xwizard, either check out google for the dynojet site or try the search feature here as well. There is lots to be learned from either of those two choices.
Now to answer your question and this is only from my memory , the PC when the software is downloaded onto your lap top will locate a map that is installed on the power commander and this is only after you are able to open the program to search for the installed map.
You can tweak cells in the program, but only if you know what you are doing.
You can also download maps from a list of 100's that have been developed by dynojet and from customers. The newer PC has IIRC oxygen sensors for bikes that require them it will store information from how the bike is running.
I know I will be corrected and maybe flamed for my reply, but oh well...
BTW, what bike do you ride ??? As that is a bit of info others will need to weigh in on to better answer you.

Thanks, I was able to figure most of it out, Pluged in PC V, started up bike and the info downloaded (pretty cool), new to the PC stuff. Don't plan on changing anything as for a numbers, don't no what they mean anyway. Went for a ride, I like it, noticeable difference. I have a 2007 Dyna wide Glide, SE II exhaust, SE stage 1 A/C with download. Going for a longer ride tomorrow (about 200 miles) just to really check it out. Thanks for the reply
