Default need help quick

I am installing 2" by 40" long drag pipes on my '95 dyna superglide. It has a stock aircleaner. I have done some research and have come up with a carb setting of a 45 pilot jet and a 170 for a main, two shims under the needle and 2 turns out on the a/f mixture screw. But I can only get a hold of a 42 right now. The one in the carb now is a 46. likes to foul out the rear plug. Will a 42 work or is that gonna be too lean? Gonna run a 170 for a main. I do have torque cones for the pipes.

I have 1-3/4" drag pipes on my 99 Softail Custom with a K&N air filter, and have a 45 pilot jet, and 180 main jet. No shims on needle. Works great, and plugs are light tan to grey. The rest of the motor is stock.
