I have an 02 FLHR, Roadking. When I bought it, It had a Screaming Eagle exhaust and carb. My question is... Is this a stage 1 kit?
I want to remove the screaming eagle long pipes and install Vance Hines Big Radius pipes. I'm not sure what else I have to do to it...

Not sure what you mean by SE carb? Are you sure you are not referring to the SE air cleaner/filter? Air filter upgrade, SE slipons and carb rejet is Stage I. If you change pipes, you may need to rejet the carb.
