Default 90+ hp/tq build

i want to push over 90 for both hp and tq out of my 1996 rd king. i have the motor tore down to the cases currently (bent exhaust valve rear cylinder and seeping base gaskets) and looking to do work!! i don't want to go over 10.25:1 compression due to needing to be able to ride in all heat conditions and all over this over corned state of NE (they think corn in your fuel is good...) i need it dependable! im looking for combinations with .010 cylinders, headwork, piston, cam... right down to plugs and wires!!
i do not want a big bore kit, stroker kit, and etc...
any help and dyno numbers would be great!!

Default more power

getting over 90 t/hp from and evo isn't that difficult. You need a good set of ported heads, correct compression (10.2 is fine) and a good cam, carb and exhaust. I can give you detailed info if you want to write to me. thanks

A really good set of heads is needed along with pop up pistons and a different cam. Then you will need to spend money to make the MM tunable.

At 10.25, 90 hp is a bit much, but it'll be close.
Rosa's Cycle, in Huntingdon, Long Island tuned one of our(must have built over 75-100 of these over the years) combos not long ago.
S&S E carb Thunderjetted
Our Stage II Evo Heads
Wiseco pistons
Wood #6 cam
Dyna igntion
V&H Big Radius pipes(others would make more)
The dyno report that was faxed over showed 86 hp, and 94 ft/lbs, sae.
This was set at 10.25 cr.

The mix that I've ended with is 10.5:1 kb pistons, port and polish heads, worked over cv Carb with extended float bowl, thunder header, k and n air cleaner, ultima single fire ignition kit (built by dynatec less the dyna module), crane h290-2 cam.

getting over 90hp out of a 80" evo isn't going to happen with 10.25-1 compression very easily, are you planning on a bar to bar hotrod,or are still planning on touring on it? if you plan on riding it,ide go with a 3.812 bore with your 4.25 stroke.built very mildly you`ll do over 100/110,ideput a carb on it too.(oops, didnt notice it was your build in the previos post, souds like a good build, but it wont make 90/90)

A Wood 8 cam surrounded by all needed, will nail 95/95.
We've seen that time after time.

Will the .06 extra lift of the w8 over the h290-2 make that big of a difference? Seriously honest question not trying to be sarcastic. I also kinda chose the h290-2 because its indexable.
