very nice revision; regarding the issue of broken cooling fins on the cylinder heads, there is a great guide from a specialist company in England...
The English are quite knowledgeable about this topic, but unfortunately I messed up the link.

Yup should of fixed it as remember as grand ma hit it and drove thru the garage with it 30 years ago with other bikes too ! , but when I gave it to the engine guy and saw it together, oh well not going to put a lot of miles on this one. Just having fun putting it together from 5 big boxes and 30 years ago !
