My thread disappeared

I posted a new thread this morning about Bar and Shield decals that I found online. One person posted a reply. Later I came back and logged in and my thread was gone. How would this happen?

You posted a thread about HD knockoff products. They are in violation of HD's copyrights and we don't allow that on HD Forums.

OK fine. A message would have been nice.

And besides, you can't buy them from Mother HD anymore. Only reason I did post it.

Makes sense, but I don't see knockoffs in the rules. I saw the part about copyright violations; might consider throwing knockoffs in there to make it a little easier for some folks.
