Remove threads from My Recent Posts.

hi ..

i there a way i can remove threads i am no longer interested in viewing from "My Recent Posts" i have some old ones i just do not want to see at the top anymore...

We used to be able to filter by days and weeks but that functionality was removed for whatever reason. Now we are stuck with our lifetime post record....
