Default Security verification code

For some reason the only way I can login is from Facebook then it logs me off after 15 minutes. When I use user name and password it takes me to the verification code generated by your Authenticator app page. The Authenticator app settings did not carry over when I got my new phone. So I click on the link for it not working it wants a answer to a ?. Well the ? line is blank. Can you help me fix this. Because it is limiting what I can do on the forums.

I had this same problem trying to join the forums. Registration question was blank no matter what browser I used. I used a friends Apple Mac laptop and the question was visible, I think it was the Safari browser?. Anyway, try that. I'm thinking its something to do with browser settings. HTH.
