Do certain areas require moderator approval or is it photos, maybe I'm too new to post pictures?

Screamin Eagle area, I've tried to post photos of my bike but I see that my posts require moderator approval only there?

 

There's certain conditions to posting pictures. In this section, there's a sticky at the top that says 5 posts and be a member for 5 days.

 

Thanks! I read through the FAQ but seems to have glossed over the sticky. Thanks for the reply.
