Default Adding images to posts

Everytime I try to post a picture the board says it needs to be approved by a moderator/admin.
Is this due to low post count/new member?

Johnny...if you looked at the FAQ or the sticky on "pictures/images" on the page, it says you need to be a member for 5 days and 5 posts.
