Odd PM issue

Odd PM issue
I've had this odd PM issue for a while now... let me see if I can explain it...
Say I have 235 total messages. Every day I get 1 PM. When I log on I'm told I have 1 PM waiting and a total of 236. I read it & delete it and my total goes back to 235. Next day I get 1 PM, but when I log in it says I have 2, and 237 messages. I read & delete the 1, and my total goes back to 235. Next day I get 1 PM, but when I log in it says I have 3, and 238 total. I read & delete the 1 and my total goes back to 235.
This continues in that pattern & today I log in & have 1 new PM, it says I have 12 and a total of 247. I delete the 1 and my total goes back to 235. I had to delete some PMs because it would start saying my mailbox was full when it wasn't. I tried logging out & in, nothing.

Yesterday it said I had 23 new messages, delete 1 & the count went down by 23.
At first it was mildly annoying but not being able to get PMs from my customers is serious.
Maybe in the mean time Admin could make my PM limit unlimited while they find the problem?
