In my ignorance I've created two accounts. Can I use the email address of the one account for the other if it's deactivated?

No, you may not. Having multiple accounts is grounds for banning. I suggest you tell us both accounts and which you want to keep. The other will be removed.

I have two account user names, PoincianaRoadKing and Mdwicker1959. Please delete Mdwicker1959.
