Problem with loading pages 100%?

Problem with loading pages 100%?
It seems that I am having a problem when loading any pages, they will
get almost to a 100% and then just stall and then wait and wait like I am
on dial up........I have rebooted, defraged, and anything else I could
think off that might the cause on my end. This seems to be the only
place that I am having the issue. I can load the local radar loop in a fraction of the time.
I use firefox and did not seem to have a problem until the other day
when the forums were down for upgrades?
Please don't take me as Bit#hing about the forums, I am just trying to
see if anyone else has this problem or if it's some kind of problem on
my end. Tried with and without the Virus program running.
