Default Suggestion!

Why are the touring forums not combined? And maybe make engine subforums for specific engine questions. I hate having to toggle between touring/Rushmore and m8 forums to find info on let’s say seats that fit bikes from 08 and up. And I can still get good info from bikes older than 08 on this subject just have to make sure the referenced part has a version for my year bike. Or let’s say highway pegs. Even a windscreen I have to look in Rushmore and then in m8. It is annoying and unnecessary.

TIA!

If combined ...

Then the Next Guy wants info on 14-later Saddlebags and Fairings and hates that he has to look through the earlier stuff

Another guy wants info on his 17-later M8 and hates that he has to wade through the TC stuff

Can't make everyone happy

While I agree that you can’t make everyone happy there is a lot of crossover with these bikes that you wind up having to go to multiple forums to get info for. I think if you posed the question to the group of people who are actually using it, the majority would say they want to combined. And we are a country that believes in majority rules!

This is not a democracy. We don't take votes on how things are run. To do what you ask would be very difficult. I don't see it happening. Personally, I wish they never split it all off in the first place.
