Don't have any codes but have been getting a Message Sent and a Server Error message at the same time when sending a pm. Whats up?

Popup window for replying to a PM shows this after submitting reply:

also got a ASP error page when submitting the "contact us" page

also got a "File not found" error when clicking on the "View message" button after submitting this Fast Reply. (though it worked fine the second time, odd)
