It started this about a month ago, I'm on a page and click to go to another page and it acts like it is trying to load the page then stops and I'm left on the page I was on. I click to go to the new page again and it goes right to it. I'd say this happens probably 90% of the time.

I've cleared the cache, deleted all cookies associated with the forum, and signed out. Problem still remains, and it only happens on this website.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?
