20016 xl883 super low can't get oil light off new battery new oil pressure switch won't turn over won't make any starting noise

 

Yours is not a forum issue, you need to post in one of the tech sections. Such as Sportster Models.
Get your battery load tested, just because it's new doesn't mean it was fully charged. Check your cables to the battery and ground.
