I've seen screenshots like this posted in several threads.

Can someone please explain in detail how to access/view the "Who Posted?" feature? Thanks in advance.

At a root menu, key on the number to the right... under replies.

A root menu will be in the drop down menu at the top. Commonly called the Hamburger Menu. Hit that, then a choice. Usually a string of choices.

Hitting one of those choices will open to the route menu.
