There are two screenshots below from my desktop PC using MS Edge. The first is before I Login and the second is after I Login. Note the format differences. The second one appears to be a mobile version I would see on my phone. I believe it is a configuration issue, but I can't find it. Any ideas?
After further review, if I am not logged in, I get the detailed view. If I am logged in, I get the simplified view. The opposite of what I would expect. I've deleted all browsing data, cache, cookies, etc. I've tried multiple browsers with the same result. Any suggestions from the technical folks here?
I believe what you are experiencing has to do with settings for Mobile and Desktop sites. There are settings for these in your browser and on the website, at least they are when Im using an iPhone and the Safari browser.
Do you see the three bars in the top left corner of the bottom browser youre showing? Click on that and a menu will appear. See if there is an option to select View Full Site like Im showing below.
Thanks for the reply and I believe you are correct about getting the mobile view. Unfortunately, I don't have the option to go to View Full Site. There is something in my login data. I get Full View if I am not logged in and Mobile View if I am logged in.
Well, I think I fixed it. Under Edit Options, Misc Options, Message Editor Interface I changed from Enhanced Interface - Full CKEditor Editing to Basic Editor - A simple text box and it appears to have resolved my issue.
