Add Album button missing

I am trying to post a photo album, and as I follow the directions listed, I find that I do not have an Add Album button.

How can I fix this?

That's because you have already created a photo album. If you look down below your name on the left hand side, you will see a small camera icon. Simply click that icon and you will be able to add photos to your album.
