Ok how do I download a moving/animated avatar? I picked one off the net, but whenI download it to the forum it's not animated..... Thanks

Welcome from Montana.
The avatar is probably too big. 145 is the largest measurement. If it's taller than it is wide, the length has to be a max of 145 and the width less.
Try loading onto your desktop, resize it and then load to the site from there.
