It seems that my HDF Email Notifications have quit working today. That means that I'm not receiving any HDF Email either. My PM's are still working but I just don't get the email notification. Is anyone else having this problem. I've already emailed Big Admin to let them know. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't just mine.

Terry, there seems to be about an 8-12 hour delay in email notifications to subscribed threads. I posted in a few threads last night and then this morning I got the notifications of a reply. The replies came in minutes after my post.

Edit- Just got an email notification from a reply that was posted at 6:40PM last night...Almost 15hours.

Yeah, I finally figured that out. I've reported the problem to Big Admin

maybe I don't have the correct box checked in my profile (and I've checked)- but I never get notified of another post to a thread I'm following, even after selecting the "notify me" box.

could someone look into this - and let me know what I'm doing wrong?

thanks

I saw in one of my for sale threads that a PM was sent to me today. Not only did I not receive an email notification, but the PM is not in my inbox. I sent an email to the poster and haven't received my copy to my email address either.

I will once in a great while get an email notification. I've checked/double checked my options many times and am not getting them.

Seems to be fixed. I'm getting notifications pretty quick now.

I just got an email notification on 3/10/08 at 6:53 PM of a new post in a subscribed thread that was made on 3/9/08 at 9:26 AM, over 33 hours ago and there have since been 11 more posts made in that thread. It's been doing that sort of thing for a while now. I've subscribed to quite a few threads lately and am getting very few notifications. I don't think it's working right yet.

On another note, I would like to have the option of being automatically subscribed to any thread that I post in. They have this feature on other forums I frequent (not motorcyle forums)and I like it that way because it helps prevent me from missing replies to my posts. It is selectable so that if you don't want it that way, you don't have to have it on.
