Does the report button found on each post function?

When attempting to use the button I get a dialog box stating to supply a valid reason. However, a search of the forum does not show a "list of valid reasons".

I would have thought that any of the following should be valid reasons but evidently are not and such behavior is permitted.

Race hate, racism, racial intolerance, prejudice.

 

Where are you finding the Reprot button. You've got me on this one. I can find out for you but I'm not finding the button.
