Lately there have been backslashes and other funny characters inline is many posts.
In my own posts they seem to appear in locations that I used the backspace to edit a misspelling.
I going to do it now qwertuiop.

It did not happen here\\; however it did happen with the semicolon.
Perhaps\\; it is associated with certain characters.

 

Try the apostrophe. Don't know if I spelled that right. Anyway, it puts two of them in instead of one. Irritated the crap out of me at first.
