No e-mail notifications

I have instant e-mail notification selected for my subscribed threads, and a valid e-mail address entered into my profile info, yet I never get any e-mails about new posts or private messages.

Any help? thanks.

If you're using outlook you'll have to go to a g-mail or similiar to get the subcriptions. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/forum...g-threads.html

this has nothing to do with outlook. Outlook is simply a word formatting application. If anything, it has to do with the internet provider.

Well, the individual user can try calling thier ISP and ask kindly to not block HDforum email, but that probably won't happen.

What I did was HDforum--->gmail account---->forward to my ISP account (using outlook).

Kinda, through the backdoor
