A few weeks ago I visited a friend in FL and used his computer to sign in the the forum. When I logged in, I used my user name and password, but now, when he tries to log on with his user name it won't let him, the computer thinking it is me.
It's my fault he is blocked from getting on so I'm hoping someone can offer a fix.
Thanks,
Marsh

Tell him to go to tools and select delete browsing history. It will open a window to delete cookies, form data, saved passwords etc. Once he clears out that stuff he should be good.

or for quick fixes, you can often just use a different browser any time something like this happens, like if you go somewhere using Internet Explorer, and something gets saved making you see things a certain way, or logged in a certain way, and you want to see it w/ 'fresh' eyes as if using a different computer, you could use another browser like FireFox to see the same page in a default way...

Get Ccleaner and clean the system. that will take care of it and it's free.

He should be able to log you off, then log himself in (click remember user box). That should take care of it.

Jus' zactlee, how do we know, you iz you, and not he sayin' he iz you?

We need the HDF "ddoouubbllee secretsecret" handshake before we can proceed. Til, then you both are stuck in cyberspace.

I do believe wutchur aksin' is actually against the Patriot Act, somehow.

Heerz Gumby at Adult Evening Puter class. When I went thar, they said they would assign a mentor to me. This 12 yr old kid kept tryin' to 'hog' into my puter space, so I YELLED at 'im to "LEAVE ME THE "F" alone". That dammd mentor, never did show up. WTF, Chuck??

You'll have to give me your Driver's License information, Social Security number, and Visa Card number with the security code to get that computer unlocked.
