Dump yer cookies/temp files often. Seems forums load you up quite often for some reason. But, for some odd reason they are responding pretty slowly last couple days.

Good fricken grief this forum gets slower by the day. Cookies dumped, Firefox with adblock and it's a slug.

I visit numerous forums every with the same computer and it's five times faster.

Too many members, too much traffic, tons of graphic loads. I like this site but it needs a much faster server(s) than it has now.

Just an observation from a loyal fan.

This helped me:
Go to tool bar, open internet options and delete temp files.

I haven't heard about any problems. It's sometimes slow for me here at work too but we've got tons of firewall. I do clear/delete cookies and temp files often. Rarely a problem at home. I'm using Google Chrome now for the most part.
