Default Caps!!!
Why can caps be ued in the title but not in the message? Is it maybe something unique to Windows 7?

There are settings unique to each website forum that an Administrator can turn off or turn on.

A setting can be turned on which doesn't allow all caps or 'yelling'. It simply removes all capital letters and converts the typed word to a sentence style. This setting doesn't' pertain to thread titles.

I kind of figured that. But why can you yell in a title and not in the message body? That doesn't make a lot of sense.

Maybe one day there will be a software setting for that too.
