Can't see pic links

Can't see pic links

Whenever I try to go to a pic that has been posted in a link I get this message............

If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I am a noob here and don't know the secret handshake yet, what am I doing wrong?

You have to have a minimum number of posts to see the pics. I think its 5 or 15. Dont remember which
