I got a new laptop with Windows 7 operating system and I cant attach photos to my threads or post. I dont know if the operating system has anything to do with it or if its because Im internet explorer 9. When I click on manage attachments, the screen pops up but is blank. what do I need to do to correct this and thanks for helping me.
