"duplicate post" issue

Odd? I see a 2x posts, all the time. But never a message.(I use Chrome)
When I post after 10 seconds if not directed back to the post... I hit the back arrow. Low & behold, there's my post not in duplicate.
Kind of reminds me of dial-up.
